Before you make your reservations, please review these other details about your accommodation.

• Individual responsible for reservation must be 21 years of age.
• RATES: Rates are per unit, per night based on minimum occupancy. Luxury Mountain Getaways' 12% amenities fee and 8% NH State Tax are additional. There is an additional charge for extra guests.
• MINIMUM STAY: A two night minimum stay unless otherwise stated. Additional nights may be required during holidays and vacation periods.
• ADVANCE RENTAL DEPOSIT: Advance reservations must be accompanied by a deposit equal to 50% of the total charge payable by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order or Cash. (Some restrictions apply to cash and check payments.)
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: As part of the registration process, guests are required to sign a release form stating acceptance of responsibility for payment of any damages to the unit or Luxury Mountain Getaways' properties occurring during their stay. A $150 security deposit is required at check-in payable by: cash, MasterCard, Visa or Discover only. Credit Card slips will be destroyed on the evening of your departure, provided there is no damage to the unit. Cash security deposits will be refunded within 5-10 business days by a company check, provided there is no damage.
• CANCELLATIONS: Deposits are refundable if notification is received at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. A one night's rental fee will be retained for all cancellations of less than a 7 day notice.
• CHECK-IN: is between 3:30 PM and 10:00 PM
• CHECK-OUT: is by 11:00 am
• FIREWOOD: Firewood is provided.
• HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping service is not included but can be arranged at an additional charge.
• PETS: Pets are strictly forbidden in all rental units.
